Like the author of this recipe was really able to create an easy breakfast recipe while still making sure it looked nice.

Also, it says just 5 minutes of prep time, but I doubt it would even take that long!

There’s something so satisfying and comforting about egg-soaked toast with creamy avocado and tangy tomato. It really is a great way to start the day.

Also, this recipe says it’s just 1 minute of prep. And while I don’t know how that exactly works, I’m definitely happy to add this to my list of easy breakfast ideas to try.
